For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1 Access to and use of the 775pub platform is conditional upon full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 3.4 Single Account Rule. Each natural person may hold only one (1) 775pub account. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 775pub does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

5.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. 775pub reserves the right to reverse and return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 775pub platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate Philippine legal authorities:

10.2 Upon account suspension for cause, 775pub reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a violation is substantiated, balances associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimately deposited real-money funds not associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the verified payment source.

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 775pub's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14.2 Your continued use of the 775pub platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.3.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and 775pub, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 775pub's internal dispute resolution process, accessible via the live chat support function. 775pub will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through 775pub's internal process, the Player may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. 775pub agrees to participate in good faith in any such PAGCOR-mediated process.

15.4 Nothing in this Section limits a Player's rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation or PAGCOR's player protection regulations.
